I stayed up until 5AM last night talking to him, and I do not regret it. I've come to realize that I'm ready to trust him fully and take the risk of having something "secret" with him until he breaks up with her. He claims he doesn't love her, although I'm not sure if that's true. He wants to jump into something big but I'm playing it safe and told him that I don't want to while they're still together. I guess that's a good thing.
I am ready for summer to be here. I've reached a point in my life where apathy has turned into happiness. It's about time. I've missed feeling good and smiling non-stop. I'm trying to figure out what to do for my birthday, even though it is like two months away. I'm hoping to have a decent birthday for once, no matter what it takes, but it seems to me that birthday's never turn out to be what you expect them to.
I wish the world was always this inviting.
